That webpage is more for Modern Warfare 2 than for Call of Duty 4, but after playing both the games Modern Warfare 2 with no doubt has better graphics, but the game play is worse, Call of Duty 4 gives me a headache because the graphics are worse than Modern warfare 2.

Graphics, graphics, graphics.
They just put more detail into textures, thats all.
They’re 2 completely different games, you cant compare them.
